Today's top Talent Acquisition teams know that it’s simply not enough to rely on reactive recruiting to reach their goals. They have to be proactive, build relationships and nurture candidates even before they have a vacancy for them.

Recruitment marketing—building an employment brand and a strategy to attract candidates and engage with them—helps build those relationships. 

Earlier this year, Newton Talent partnered with online resource HR.com to survey HR professionals from organizations across different industries. Our goal was to learn what organizations are using recruitment marketing, which tactics are highly used and valued, and how recruitment marketing is likely to change in the near future.
